  1. Make a mixture with besan,curd,salt,turmeric powder, kashmiri laal mirch, dhania powder, jeera powder,garlic,ginger, Kasauri methi,garam masala powder,& oil.Now make a smooth mixture and add panner cube.Marinated it for 1 hr
  2. After 1 hr heat a pan and add some butter when the butter melt then add the marinated panner,& shallow fry until the panner golden brown both side.now take a small bowl and heat a char coal and keep in the bowl & add some oil,cover the with lid.
  3. Turn off the Gass & keep it for 5 minutes.
  4. Now make Tikka masala gravy. Heat a pan add white oil 3 spoons, then add onion paste, garlic, ginger paste,then add 3 tomato slice or paste, then add turmeric, salt, dhania, jeera powder, Tikka masala powder, Garam masala powder, mix all the ingredients nicely.
  5. When the masala will be separate from oil then add Kasauri methi, and fresh cream
  6. Then mix all the ingredients nicely. Add little bit of water.when the water start to boil add the panner.
  7. At last add 1 table spoon butter. Turn of the Gass.serve it hot with nun,kulcha paratha e.t.c.
