- Add garlic ginger paste.
- Add tomato, cover it & leave it on a low flame to soft.
- Add cumin seeds (zeera).
- Add cumin powder.
- Add coriander powder.
- Add turmeric (haldhi)
- Add red chilli powder.
- Add salt
- Add some water & bhonify it
- Now add soaked dal & bhonify it also.
- After bhonify add little amount of water & cover it with lid so dal will cooked completely.
- In end sprinkle green coriander & green chilli cover it with lid to simmer.
- Moong dal is ready to eat.
