- 250 gram mutton
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tomato half cut
- 1 tsp zeera powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp vegetable masala
- Salt to taste
- 3-4 green chillies
- Preparation For Bhindi
- 1/2 kg bhindi
- 3 onions slices
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- Garnish
- Green coriander leaves
Steps to make to make Bhindi Gosht (okra)
- Take a pressure cooker add mutton, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato
- Add all dry spices and bhonify together. Add water, cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender.
- Then add vegetable masala,salt, green chillies
- Add oil and bhonify together and oil separates. (Jis oil main Bhindi aur onion fry Kiya hy Baki remaining oil Gosht main Dal ke bhoon liya hy)
