  1. Assemble all ingredients, make paste of onion + green chilli and keep aside. Boil eggs and keep aside.
  2. In moderate heated pan add oil / butter, then add onion paste + 3 - 4 tbsp water and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste + cashew paste and sauté for 3-4 minutes till rawness goes off under medium flame.
  3. Now lower flame and add milk and give a nice boil for 2-3 times but keep stirring as milk tends to burn quickly.
  4. Now add pepper powder + garam masala + salt, mix well and stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add boiled eggs, mix well and stir for 2-3 minutes. Now add cream / Malai, sugar, mix well and simmer for 2 -3 minutes. Lastly add finely chopped coriander, give a good mix and keep in stand by mode for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander / tomato and serve.
