- 2 tbls ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbls Red chilli powder
- 1 tesp turmeric powder
- 2 tbls coriander powder
- 1 tesp cumin seeds
- 2 tbls chopped green chillies
- Oil for Frying
- 1 kg Bittergourd
- Salt to taste

- Add mince into a wok with sliced onions, tomatoes, salt, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste. Cook until mince done then add oil and bhoonify the mince till oil comes out.
- Wash and peel the bitter gourd, seedless, then fry peels and seeds till brown. Let it out from oil and mix into mince mixture. Then fill up half the mince mixture into bitter gourds.
- After filling sew the bitter gourd and set aside. Heat up oil then fry all fiiled bitter gourd.
- In half mince mixture add fried Bitter gourds and give dum for 10 minutes. Tasty Qeema bharay karalay are ready to serve.
