- Heat oil in a nonstick pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin seed and Ajwain and allow it to flutter.
- Add chopped chana saag. Saute for 2mins. Add chana sattu and roast for another 2mins with low heat.

- With another ball prepared from the dough, make round roti with belan. Spread the stuffing on half of the roti. Fold the other half on top of it and press the corners gently to seal properly.
- Cut the uncooked roti lightly with a knife in the shape shown in the photos. Roast both sides on the Tawa with ghee till golden brown.
- Both round paratha and triangle-shaped paratha are arranged on a plate and decorated with red chili pickle, chana saag, and grapes.
